Senior Vice President, Program & Construction Management
Leader of disaster response, recovery, and reconstruction missions to include the Iraq Reconstruction and Joplin Tornado Recovery missions, which included significant healthcare design and construction programs. Retired Colonel with the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), who understands the protocols and relationships necessary to integrate with this key ACF partner.
Alison Ryscavage, PMP
Vice President, Strategic Programs
Leader of large complex organizations, with substantial experience in the military and industry, staffing and managing large scale deployments to remote and high-risk areas. Retired Colonel, US Army Intelligence, who performed as the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) for $1.5B of intelligence analytical support and ISAF Afghanistan base construction projects and understands the urgency of the mission and the ACF operations tempo.
Brian Arbuckle, PE, PMP
Vice President, Construction Management
Senior executive responsible for worldwide delivery of construction management services, to include support in extremely high-risk environments. Former USACE leader, who currently manages worldwide USACE facility contracts and has the authority to assign CM personnel on all facility programs.
Chris Claunch, PE, PMP
Program Manager & Senior Civil Engineer, Construction Management
Program and facility management expert with more than 30 years of experience leading integrated design and construction teams through the facility lifecycle process. Retired Air Force officer, who has relevant experience leading site assessments, space utilization surveys, and site development planning on worldwide facility programs.

Business unit leader with more than 30 years of experience deploying and leading large teams to augment the diverse needs of our clients. Retired USACE Lieutenant Colonel, who has relevant experience recruiting, hiring, training and managing staff on worldwide programs.

Construction operations executive with more than 40 years of managing Design-Build Construction Programs of all types of critical infrastructure and facility product solutions. Retired Navy Commander, Civil Engineer Corps, who currently manages worldwide engineering and construction programs and has the authority to assign personnel on all facility programs.

Program management expert with more than 40 years of experience leading integrated teams of architects, engineers, consultants and subcontractors on successful completion of over 4.5 million square feet of buildings and site work. Has led facility programs from field to executive level and understands what it takes to execute ACF work in a timely manner.
